At Chewsy, we’re committed to delivering a clean, conscious experience — from the ingredients in our toothpaste bits to how we get them to your doorstep. The policy below sets expectations so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.


1. General

We do our best to keep our inventory updated in real-time. However, in rare cases where an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we’ll:

  • Ship the available items right away

  • Reach out to offer a refund or give you the option to wait for the restock


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. You'll see the final shipping fee before you complete your purchase.


3. Returns

3.1 First-Time Purchase Guarantee

Trying Chewsy for the first time? If you're not satisfied, you can return your first order within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is at your expense

  • Once we receive the return, we’ll issue store credit for future use

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Claims

If you received a defective product, we're happy to help. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You’ll pre-pay return shipping (we’ll reimburse if the claim is valid)

  • We'll process your claim within 7 business days

You can choose:
(a) A full refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) A replacement product (if in stock)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery: 4–11 business days

4.2 International Shipping

Varies by location and courier: 4–28 business days

4.3 Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

4.4 Address Changes

You may update your delivery address anytime before dispatch

4.5 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS

  • Military addresses are supported via USPS only

4.6 Backorders

If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll hold the entire order or contact you with options

4.7 Delays

If your delivery exceeds expected timeframes, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier


5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Reject it if possible and notify us

  • If already delivered, contact us at hello@chewsybits.com with photos so we can assist


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Included in product pricing where applicable

7.2 International Duties & Taxes

These may apply based on your country.
If you refuse to pay duties and the item is returned, we’ll refund the product cost minus shipping and return fees.


8. Cancellations

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Once shipped, refer to our return policy above.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value provided by the shipping carrier.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

We’ll issue a refund or replacement after the courier’s investigation is complete.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If the courier confirms your order is lost, we’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
